There're 2 Divisions: Scoring is based on taste not hotness.
- Restaurant Division -Any restaurant made salsa
- Amateur Division- Any person, any type salsa, any degree of hotness(spicy)
All Salsa:
- Delivered to along wtih Registration Form and Payment to Chelsi Garcia at Citizens National Bank of Texas, 200 N. Elm St. on Friday, April 30, 2010 by 5 p.m.
- No entrys will be accepted after the deadline.
Entry Fee: $10
Winners will be determined and announced during the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.
Champion- Restaurant Division:
1st Place Trophy, Certificate and Bragging rights
2010 Champion: Mama Pepa's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina
2009 Champion: Courtside Grill & Bar
Champion- Amateur Division:
1st Place Trophy & Certificate
